These terms govern your use of the Thalarum website at thalarum.com (the "Site"), operated by Thalarum, Inc. By using the Site, you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the Site.

1. What this Site is

The Site is an informational website for Thalarum, a localization management product that is currently in pre-launch. Content on the Site, including descriptions of features, pricing, and availability, describes what we are building and intend to offer. It may change without notice and does not constitute a binding offer. Any use of the Thalarum product itself, when available, will be governed by a separate agreement.

2. Permitted use

You may browse the Site and share links to it. You agree not to misuse the Site, including by attempting to disrupt it, probing or scanning it for vulnerabilities other than through responsible disclosure to us, or using it in any way that violates applicable law.

3. Intellectual property

The Site and its content, including text, design, graphics, logos, and the Thalarum name and mark, are owned by Thalarum, Inc. or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or create derivative works from Site content for commercial purposes without our prior written permission. Quoting brief excerpts with attribution, for example in press coverage or reviews, is fine.

4. Third-party links and services

The Site may link to third-party websites or rely on third-party services, such as font and analytics providers. We do not control those sites and services and are not responsible for their content or practices. Links do not imply endorsement.

5. No warranties

The Site is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that its content is complete, accurate, or current.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Thalarum, Inc. and its officers, directors, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the Site. To the extent any liability is not excludable, our total aggregate liability arising out of the Site is limited to one hundred US dollars ($100).

7. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we will post the revised terms on this page and update the effective date above. Your continued use of the Site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any dispute arising out of these terms or the Site will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in California, and you consent to their jurisdiction.
